Dear Youths,
 
Your 18th birthday is an important moment in your life. At this important moment, you are granted the Youth Culture Card as a contribution from the state. It grants access to the world of culture, arts, and creativity for you, our 18-year-old young people.
 
The Youth Culture Card, a prepaid card loaded with €220, allows you to attend concerts, festivals, theatre, dance performances, art exhibitions, film screenings, arts festivals, visits to museums, and archaeological sites free of charge.
 
This initiative has been launched by the Deputy Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the Youth Organisation of Cyprus and the Bank of Cyprus, and is in line with the President's announcement.
 
To obtain the Youth Culture Card, you must be 18 years old within 2023 or 2024. This means you must have been born in 2005 or 2006. You can apply for the card via the BoC Mobile App or at any Bank of Cyprus branch. You can apply for the card via the BoC Mobile App or at any Bank of Cyprus branch.
 
This measure is on a pilot basis and the aim of the Deputy Ministry of Culture is to develop and improve it in order to offer even more to our culture and our young people.
